Norwich Research Park is a partnership between the Earlham Institute, John Innes Centre, Quadram Institute, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, The Sainsbury Laboratory and the University of East Anglia. It’s a unique world-leading cluster of organisations, all located within 1km².

The Earlham Institute is a hub of life science research, training, and innovation focused on understanding the natural world through the lens of genomics. Our mission is to decode the scale and complexity of living systems so we can understand, benefit from, and protect life on Earth.

The John Innes Centre is a world-leading international centre of excellence in plant science and microbiology.

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a 1,200 bed teaching hospital with state-of-the-art facilities which provides care to a population of around one million people from Norfolk, neighbouring counties and further afield.

The Quadram Institute brings together researchers, academics and NHS clinicians to address global challenges in human health, food and disease.

The Sainsbury Laboratory is an independent research institute renowned for world-leading plant health research for a sustainable future – reducing crop losses through fundamental scientific discoveries in molecular plant-microbe interactions.
